Areas for improvement:

There is a lot of room for improving the breakfast. The room service is good, but too slow. The A/C is noisy, and the door is not well noise isolated.

The hospitality was wonderful and the staff was really helpful, special thanks to Mr. Hossam and to the room service staff Doaa, the room was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful

Upon arrival, my reservation didn't appear on their system but they were so understanding and they helped me check in easily and they even sent me a complimentary desert that was absolutely heaven
